Help garment workers facing exploitation

In Cambodia, thousands of female garment workers are currently facing exploitation.

Women are experiencing squalid working conditions, low pay and dangerous harassment both inside and outside
the workplace.

Because of their lack of employment rights, women are afraid to report incidences of harassment, in fear of losing their jobs. To make matters worse, poor wages means they struggle to cover their basic living costs, with up to four women living in one tiny room. Forcing them to work excessive overtime up to six days a week.

Things are changing, women are speaking up and ActionAid is supporting garment workers to come together to secure safe working conditions.

Your support will help women stand up and demand access to their rights in the workplace.
