Lei Escobar, PKKK
A feminist and humanitarian practitioner whose work is grounded in transformative feminist principles and a commitment to feminist leadership that centers justice and collective power. She currently serves as a Project Officer for the Pambansang Koalisyon ng Kababaihan sa Kanayunan (PKKK) and as Coordinator of the Women in Emergencies Network—a coalition of women’s and human rights organizations advancing women’s rights and gender equality in climate action and disaster risk reduction (DRR).

Carolyn Kitione, Shifting the Power Coalition
Carolyn Kitione is the Shifting the Power Coalition’s Interim Regional Representative, and has been actively engaged in the Pacific women’s movement using community media tools and locally-led innovation to forge partnerships across local communities as well as in regional civil society and governmental processes. As the Regional Representative, she convenes the 14 women-led organisations of the Shifting the Power Coalition to promote Pacific women-led climate and humanitarian action.
