Lei Escobar, PKKK
A feminist and humanitarian practitioner whose work is grounded in transformative feminist principles and a commitment to feminist leadership that centers justice and collective power. She currently serves as a Project Officer for the Pambansang Koalisyon ng Kababaihan sa Kanayunan (PKKK) and as Coordinator of the Women in Emergencies Network—a coalition of women’s and human rights organizations advancing women’s rights and gender equality in climate action and disaster risk reduction (DRR).

Carolyn Kitione, Shifting the Power Coalition
Carolyn Kitione is the Regional Manager of the Shifting the Power Coalition, a network of 14 women-led organisations in eight countries working to advance Pacific women’s leadership in climate and humanitarian action. She also serves on the Board of Climate Action Network International and is President of YWCA Fiji. Carolyn has been actively engaged in the Pacific women’s movement for more than a decade using advocacy, community media and locally-led innovation to forge partnerships across local communities and regional civil society.
