How to change your phone wallpaper

iPhone:

  1. Hold down the imag and tap Add to Photos.
  2. Go back to your ‘Home’ screen.
  3. Select the ‘Settings’ icon.
  4. Scroll down and tap on ‘Wallpaper’.
  5. Tap ‘Choose a New Wallpaper’.
  6. Tap ‘Recent’.
  7. Select the image you wish to use.
  8. You will now be shown an example of how your new wallpaper will look. You can adjust the wallpaper by pinching and zooming to change its position.
  9. Once you’re happy with how it looks on your screen, tap ‘Set’.
  10. Choose where you want the wallpaper to show up. You have three options: ‘Set lock screen’, ‘Set home screen’ or ‘Set both’.
  11. Congratulations, you now have a new screen saver!

Android:

Please note: this is only a guide as some functions or icons may be named differently depending on your device.

  1. Hold down the image and save to your phone.
  2. Tap ‘Open’ when you see the pop-up appear on your screen.
  3. Tap the ‘More Options’ icon (the three vertical dots on top right corner of your screen).
  4. Select ‘Use as’.
  5. Select ‘Wallpaper’.
  6. Choose whether you want to set the image as the wallpaper for your ‘Home screen’, ‘Lock screen’ or both your ‘Home and lock screen’.
  7. You will now be shown an example of how your new wallpaper will look. You can adjust the wallpaper by pinching and zooming to change its position.
  8. Once you’re happy with how it looks, click ‘Done’ or the tick icon (depending on your phone model).
  9. Congratulations, you now have a new screen saver!
