This year we’ve watched crisis after crisis unfold and women have borne the brunt of the impact. But women have also risen to new heights, leading their communities through climate crises, a global health pandemic, economic crisis all while facing increased gender-based violence.  

Join award winning journalist and women’s rights activist, Tracey Spicer and Executive Director of ActionAid Australia, Michelle Higelin to explore the unique challenges women face in times of crisis and how we can work together to achieve a feminist reset in 2021.  

We’ll hear from Tracey about her experiences meeting the women in Uganda who have risen up in the face of adversity to lead change in their communities, plus Michelle will share how ActionAid is rising up in this moment of the largest global emergency to ever face the world’s women.
