Help end gender-based violence at work
An historic, new international convention could protect women and marginalised people at work in Australia – if our Government makes it into law.
The convention was only adopted because people all over the world (including 2,000 ActionAid supporters!) called on representatives to ensure that women and people of all genders have the right to a safe workplace, free from violence and harassment.
Our work is far from done. That’s why we need your support again today.
Governments only have 12 months to ratify this convention from 21 June 2019, when it was adopted. To stop gender-based violence and discrimination at work, we need your help to collectively demand the implementation of ILO Convention 190 into Australian law.
